1977 production Eames 670 lounge chair (no ottoman) in rosewood with matching numbered shells corresponding to the grain pattern on the rosewood shells for symmetry in the grain. The graining very expressive and has the rich reds and blacks associated with Brazilian rosewood. Labled 1977 from Herman Miller on the underside of the chair. The original leather shows wear especially on the seat, but it’s very serviceable for use none the less.
