20th century French Empire Salon Sofa/Couch, black Very specific finely detailed carving work on solid ebonized beechwood. Partially gilded. Cumbered bottom skirt on curved legs. Bowed arm rests for light ascending arms in rolled voluted endings. High rectangular lightly bowed framed backrest with wide closing. Couch or sofa: Width 170 cm, height 96.5 cm, depth 63 cm (B-Sam-82).
