Beautifully architectural in shape and rich in neoclassical details, this 19th century Adam style vitrine / china cabinet has ample glass front display space above, with enclosed storage below, featuring sliding tambour doors at the center. The woodwork is decorated with carved neoclassical motifs such as drapery and rosettes common to the Adam (or Federal) style, and the twin rosette pattern is echoed in the inlay pattern on the two lower doors. The shelved display interior is covered in gold and beige-colored damask fabric with a floral design.
