This fantastic mirror was made in the 1970s in the Chinoiserie style by LaBarge, a prestigious mirror manufacturer at the time. This model in particular is built to the point of overengineered. Made of an anodized aluminum serrated edge frame, the interior of the frame is lined in gold leaf. Patterns were then reverse-painted onto sheets of glass which cover the gold. This is made functional by a handsome beveled edge mirror. All this makes for a super solid and beautifully styled mirror that would be attractive in any modern or classical home. In excellent vintage condition. Almost zero signs of wear.
