This large scale micromosaic panel is executed with impressive precision. It features a moose in a typical Alaskan landscape. The labor intensive process is clearly displayed in this finely worked panel as it contains an incredible 20,000 tessarae or tiles in monochromatic colored marble and glass. The work is monogrammed on the lower left. This rustic Northern landscape picture is a rare and unique decorative piece.
The condition is very good. No tiles missing.
