Red Armchair with Footstool, Set of 2

Unique and particularly elegant mid -century easy chair, model “Vorchten” comes from the first owner who has been extremely economical for all those years, the armchair was completely restored by our studio at the beginning of 2023 and brought in more beautiful than new condition. Purchased in the late 1950s and after many years of being used to full satisfaction, the first owners chose to sell the chair at the end of 2022 with the aim of a sustainable re -use. The entire wooden and subcutaneous construction was checked and brought back into new condition in our Auderlier, our upholsterer then provided a truly more beautiful than new upholstery in a beautiful red fabric.

The restoration is carried out with a great eye for detail and also while maintaining the authentic look, for example, a beautiful first class of fabric from the Keymer company with a authentic look, the footstool has also been upholstered in the same color as well as the cushion with Weight that may also be easy to omit. The choice is yours. with its beautiful teak frame, and its lebergaining legs in combination with the warm red upholstery, this type is a feast for the eyes. The seating comfort is excellent and very relaxed. The footstool has also been brought into new condition and can be adjusted as desired in various corners for even more comfort. The exact designer / manufacturer is currently unknown and the subject of study. The furniture is in a better than new condition and ready to be used again for many decades.
