Vintage Design
Mantilla sofa by Kazuhide Takahama for Simon Gavina. The name Mantilla derives from the cloak that covers it. The idea was born from the memory of how the furniture of the holiday buildings were protected by covering them with the fabrics during the winter months.
On the fabric, easily replaceable, a technique has been applied using the Fresnel lens creating lines.
