No loose joints and the drawers slide freely. We have keys for the fall front and inner door only.

Good antique condition with historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, minor veneer losses/repairs, repairs and alterations, as is to be expected with period functional antique furniture. There are liberal historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure, as should be expected for 300 year old walnut and fruitwood furniture. Heavy weight.
